DE&J Levy, the West End-based real estate services company, has rebranded as “Levy” and is to move to new offices.
Simon Tann of Levy says: “As a 75-year old West End practice we have a rich and strong heritage in our key markets. We are looking to leverage this to take advantage of our unique position and today’s announcement reflects the transformational change that is taking place in our business.”
From 3 March, the company move to new offices at Nuffield House, 41-46 Piccadilly, having been based just off Jermyn Street for the last 15 years.
Levy focuses on the central London markets where it handles office and retail agency, development and investment, professional services and property management and residential development. It also provides industrial and logistics property agency, development and investment advice across all London boroughs.
