Oliver Bonas In Hammersmith Broadway Letting

A private investor client of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan has agreed to let a shop in the Broadway Shopping Centre in Hammersmith, west London, to fashion retail chain Oliver Bonas.

The clothing and accessories retailer has signed a five-year deal to occupy the 620 sqft shop in the centre, which is attached to Hammersmith’s London Underground station and a bus station. Oliver Bonas will pay an annual rent of £109,340.
