Two New Stores At Princess House, Shrewsbury

Property investment manager, Rockspring has let two of its retail stores at Princess House in Shrewsbury’s historic square.  Kitchen La Frenais Morgan advised Rockspring on the deals.

Gerry Weber, the leading ladies wear retailer has signed a 10 year lease for a 2,095 sq ft premises.

Patisserie Valerie has also agreed a 10 year lease for a 1,263 sq ft new café.

Both stores are expected to open before Easter.
