Clerkenwell Mixed Use Building Sold By Lumina Real Estate Capital

Leading real estate investor and advisory company, Lumina Real Estate Capital (LREC)has sold the freehold investment of the mixed use building at 18-30 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1, to Henderson Global Investors.

The 28,688 sq ft property comprises a showroom over lower ground, ground and first floor with 12 residential flats above. A sale price of £6.1 million was achieved.

The 12,554 sq ft, showroom is let to Vitra Limited at a rent of £240,000 a year on a lease which expires in May 2014 while the apartments have been sold on 125 ground leases.

Bidwells advised Lumina Real Estate Capital. BNP Paribas Real Estate represented the purchaser.
