Turnstone Estates has agreed two deals at its 19,000 sq ft office scheme Edinburgh House on St John’s Innovation Park in northern Cambridge in a market fast being depleted of available stock.
The landlord has let three ground floor suites to Cambridge Medical Innovations, which is an existing tenant. The suites total 3,780 sq ft and the deal means CMI now occupies 11,263 sq ft. It has let the suites for five years, with a break at year three, and paying £25 per sq ft.
Turnstone has also let a first floor suite measuring 1,303 sq ft to The University of Cambridge (on behalf of Cambridge Assessment) for ten years, with breaks at years three and five. The university is also paying £25 per sq ft.
This leaves Turnstone with just two similar sized adjoining suites to let totalling 2,453 sq ft on the ground floor. These are capable of combination or separate letting.
Agents for Turnstone were Januarys and Dodson Jones. Bray Fox Smith acted for CMI.
