Salmon Harvester Hooks Spacepath At Bartley Point

Salmon Harvester Properties has signed Spacepath Communications as an occupier at its Bartley Point warehouse and industrial scheme in Hook, north east Hampshire.

Spacepath Communications has purchased the 999-year long leasehold interest of the 5,363 sq ft building for a price in the region of £625,000.

Bartley Point is a 10-unit development of warehouse and industrial space close to junction 5 of the M3. Other occupiers include Cosentino, Tomms Pharmacy, Creation UK and Monks & Crane.

Salmon Harvester was advised by Savills and Reddin-Clancy.
