Developer Selected For Leisure Development In Redhill

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, advised by GCW, has chosen CoPlan as development partner to deliver a mixed use scheme including a six screen multiplex cinema, restaurants and prime high street fronting retail units in Redhill together with circa 90 residential units above.GCW used its expertise in retail and leisure to assist the council in  securing an experienced development partner for this  scheme.

Simon Morris, Director at GCW explained: “We received a huge amount of interest from developers for this regeneration scheme in a prime retail area of Redhill.  CoPlan Estates demonstrated an exciting vision for the regeneration of this important town centre site.”

A planning application is expected to be submitted in autumn 2014.
