Walnuts Shopping Centre Gets Off To A Cracking Start

June 2, 2014

Two key new lettings to B&M and Pure Gym at the Walnuts Shopping Centre in Orpington, Kent, have paved the way for building work to start on the 65,000 sq ft Crown House extension this month.

Pure Gym has agreed to take a 14,300 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease while B&M Stores has signed for a 10-year lease on 12,000 sq ft. Pure Gym and B&M will join a 7-screen cinema, pre-let to Odeon, within the 65,000 sq ft extension. It will be built on the site of a former job centre at Crown House with completion scheduled for spring 2015.

The three restaurants units, totalling approx 9,000 sq ft which sit beneath the cinema and gym, and opposite a new hotel are now being marketed  by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan.
