Aberdeen Asset Management, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has sold a retail investment parade in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire for £850,000 reflecting a net initial yield is 8.78%

88-90 High Street is let to Clinton Cards until September 2017 at a passing rent of £50,000 pa subject to annual fixed uplifts. 92 High Street is let to Thomas Cook until September 2017 at a rent of £29,000 pa.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted for Aberdeen. The private purchaser was unrepresented.
