KLM Advises On Purchase Of Retail Investment In Reading

A private investor client of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan has purchased a multi-let retail investment at 6/34a Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire for £4.445m representing a yield of 8.78%.

The seven unit retail parade is let to Tesco, Coral, Sue Ryder and British Heart Foundation, Super Dry and Ponden Home.  It generates an annual rent of £413,200 with an average weighted unexpired lease term of 7.85years until expiry.
