Romford Shop Investment Sale

Orchard Lisle Trustees, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, have sold the freehold interest of 57 South Street, Romford to a private investor for £522,500.

The property is let to Greggs Plc on a new 10-year lease, with five yearly rent reviews, at a rent of £32,000 pa. The tenant has an option to break the lease in December 2019.

GCW acted on behalf of the private purchaser.
