Native Land and Grosvenor have sold 15,000 sq ft of retail space at NEO Bankside; a multi-award winning development situated adjacent to the TATE Modern.
The investment was marketed last year and sold for in excess of £10 million on a 999 year lease.
Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted for the vendors.
