James Perse To Open On Dover Street

Loft Design By, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has disposed of its store at 30a Dover Street, London W1 to James Perse for a West End flagship.

James Perse has taken an assignment of the 10-year lease expiring November 2019 on the 1,116 sq ft store which has a passing rent of £57,500 a year. A undisclosed premium was paid.

The store has a ground floor sales area of 578 and 403 sq ft of lower ground sales and 135 sq ft basement.
