A private client of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan has sold 3 High Street, Banbury to a private investor for £425,000.
The 2,886 sq ft building is let on a 15 year lease to toy and stationery specialists The Works Stores from January 2003, at a passing rent of £52,500 pa.
Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted jointly with Acuitus.
