EQ Investors Moves Into Centennium House

EQ Investors has taken 7,900 sq ft of offices in Centennium House in Lower Thames Street, London EC3.

The firm, run by John Spiers, founder of Bestinvest, has taken a ten-year lease at £43 per sq ft and will use the new accommodation as its headquarters.

Hanover Green acted for EQ Investors while DTZ and Savills acted for landlord Blue Capital Immobilien GmbH.
