Hereford Retail Park Acquired By Cordea Savills

Clients of Harvey Spack Field have sold the freehold interest in Brook Retail Park, Hereford to Cordea Savills, represented by ESH for £5.6 million reflecting a net initial yield of 6.39%.

The 31,411 sq ft park is let to Lidl, Poundworld, Pets At Home and Poundstretcher off an average rent of £12 per sq ft and with a weighted average unexpired lease term of over 9.1 years.
