Ellandi has appointed Green & Partners as sole letting agent on The Marlands Shopping Centre in Southampton.
The Marlands Shopping Centre provides 192,000 sq ft of retail and is anchored by PoundWorld and Peacocks and benefits from other tenants including Blue Inc, Yours, Moss Bros, Starbucks and Costa.
Green & Partners has been appointed to deliver a number of asset management opportunities with a focus toward securing further leisure operators to trade alongside the soon to open Global Buffet and build upon the existing fashion offer.
