Jansons Property Acquires Bourne End Industrial Estate

Jansons Property has continued its development and investment drive in the Thames Valley with purchase the freehold of Wharf Lane Industrial Estate, Wharf Lane, Bourne End.

Jansons has paid £1.85 million for the 11,088 sq ft estate which comprises nine industrial units on an approximately one-acre site. The estate is let to a number of tenants on short term leases and has one vacant property.

Andy Jansons says: “The site has been subject to a number of previous planning applications and we believe that it tremendous potential for residential development.”
