Salmon Harvester Hook DFS At Bartley Point

March 16, 2015

Salmon Harvester has secured one of the M3 corridor’s largest industrial lettings in the last 15 months at its Bartley Point warehouse and industrial development at Hook, Hampshire.

DFS, the furniture retailer, is taking 40,000 sq ft at the scheme after Salmon Harvester agreed the letting of one vacant unit and negotiated the lease surrender of two units from existing occupiers Creation and Quantum Pharmaceuticals.

DFS has signed a new 10-year lease, without breaks, and will pay a rent of £9 per sq ft.

Salmon Harvester is marketing the final 8,000 sq ft building on the 10-unit 120,000 sq ft development.

Reddin-Clancy advised Salmon Harvester and Savills represented DFS.
