Salmon Harvester And Friends Life Sell Enfield Warehouse To Segro

April 24, 2015

Salmon Harvester Properties and AXA Real Estate (acting on behalf of its client) have sold the freehold of their 80,000 sq ft Imperial warehouse distribution building on Innova Park, Enfield, North East London to SEGRO Plc for £12.75m.

SHP and AXA Real Estate jointly developed the single storey warehouse on a speculative basis and construction was completed in February.

The building is situated at the entrance to Innova Park, with frontage to Mollison Avenue, in a well established warehouse and distribution location 1.5 miles from the M25.

Doug Stewart, CEO of Salmon Harvester said: “The early sale vindicates the decision to develop the building on a speculative basis in a marketplace starved of prime product.”

SHP and AXA were advised by CBRE and Glennys.  SEGRO was represented by Doherty Baines.
