Edison Wealth has signed a 5 year lease, with a 3 year break for 1,500 sq ft on part of the 4th floor at a rent of £81 per sq ft, with 4 months rent free.

The wealth management specialist is moving from nearby Old Burlington Street.

The landlord is a private client of Crossland Otter Hunt.
