Commercial Estates Group ( CEG ) on behalf of the landlord, Anglo Scandinavian Estates 5 LLP, has let the top floor of the 38,784 sq ft Radius office building on Crossways Business Park in Dartford, Kent to Steinhoff UK Ltd.
Steinhoff, whose retail brands in the UK include Bensons for Beds, Harveys and Cargo , has taken a new five year lease on the second floor comprising 12,812 sq ft at a rent of £24 per sq ft.
CEG is now completing the refurbishment of the ground and first floors.
