Spanish fashion brand Bimba & Lola, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan (KLM), has agreed a deal in Richmond as the location for the company’s fifth store in the UK.
The brand has taken just over 1,500 sq ft at 7 Hill Street in Richmond on a 10-year lease, with a break after five years, at a rent of £100,000 pa.
Bimba & Lola opened its first UK store in 2011 at Westfield London and has since opened at London’s King’s Road, South Molton Street and Westbourne Grove. It now operates in 11 countries and has plans to expand throughout Europe.
The Richmond store comprises 1,134 sq ft at ground floor level with 407 sq ft of basement.
The landlord Crowdale was advised by Michael Rogers Surveyors.
