Marlow Workshops LLP, advised by Paul Belchak & Co, has let 2,239 sq ft of office and warehouse space to US perfume brand Le Labo at Units 1-11 Marlow Workshops, Arnold Circus in Shoreditch, east London.
Le Labo, which is part of the Estee Lauder group, opened two stores in London over the last few years at Devonshire Street in Mayfair and Redchurch Street in Shoreditch. The company has signed a 10-year lease at Marlow Workshops at an initial rent of £44.66 per sq ft, with three months rent free. The office and warehouse will provide administrative space and storage for its UK retail operation.
Marlow Workshops form part of a Victorian warehouse block, accessed from historic Arnold Circus. The workshops provide ideal space for small companies, particularly from the design and media sectors.
