Hotel Chocolat, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH), has taken a new store at Tottenham Court Walk, Tottenham Court Road, in London’s West End and is expecting to open this Summer.
This will be the retailer’s 26th London store and consolidates the chocolatier’s presence in the West End.
Hotel Chocolat has taken Unit F, a 740 sq ft store with 382 sq ft mezzanine, at Derwent London’s Tottenham Court Walk which is near to the junction of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street.
David Purslow, Executive Director of HDH commented: “Tottenham Court Walk is the latest addition to the new tranche of Hotel Chocolat stores opening in Central London. We are considering a number of new opportunities.”
