Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) is advising Moleskine, the iconic creativity and travel brand, in the strengthening of its European retail offering with three new stores in prime trading positions.
The upmarket brand is taking 400 sq ft of space in Regent Street in the West End of London, 550 sq ft at Cologne railway station and 650 sq ft at Hamburg Airport.
It is part of Milan-based Moleskine’s growth strategy to expand its retail coverage by opening new ‘directly operated stores’ bearing the company name in high profile high streets and travel hubs, such as railway stations and airports.
Harper Dennis Hobbs advises Moleskine on property matters in different markets across Europe.
James Bradstreet of HDH said: “With these three new stores in prime locations, we are pleased to help Moleskine successfully grow their business in key markets of Europe”.
