AEW UK South East Office Fund, advised by Hanover Green and Fryer Commercial, has secured three lettings within its Alba office building at Mulberry Business Park, Wokingham.
Alba is a 16,000 sq ft office building, which has been fully refurbished. The building was completed in May 2015 and three local companies have signed up for suites of approximately 4,000 sq ft each.
Contractor payroll solutions company ePayMe, has taken 4,270 sq ft on part of the first floor, whilst NextGen Technology Ltd has leased the adjoining 3,946 sq ft. Nouveau Solutions, an IT and infrastructure solutions company, is relocating from Reading into part of the ground floor comprising 4,275 sq ft.
The lease terms varied from 5 to 10 years and achieved close to the quoting rent of £16.50 per sq ft. A final suite of 3,486 sq ft is currently available.
AEW is also due to complete the refurbishment of the Rubra 1 office building, which will provide 10,850 sq ft.
