Offices In De Beauvoir, North London Acquired By Music School For Almost £2 Million

City & Suburban Homes, advised by City fringe specialists Paul Belchak & Co, has sold an office building in De Beauvoir, North London for almost £2 million. The property is to be converted into a Point Blank music school.

Point Blank has acquired a long leasehold (999 years) on the 6,369 sq ft building at 26 Orsman Road and paid £1,910,000.

The company is regarded as one of the world’s best electronic music schools, starting out life as a commercial recording studio in London and now offering courses based in London, Los Angeles and online.

BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for Point Blank.
