Sainsburys To Open New Store In Newcastle

Canada Life, advised by Green & Partners, has negotiated a new 15 year lease with Sainsburys in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This will be the supermarket’s fourth store in the city.

 

Sainsburys has signed a 15 year lease for 7,616 sq ft at 91/97 Northumberland Street, a former JD Sports store. The retailer is paying £195,000 per annum.
