Anton Page Acquires Clerkenwell Office Building For £12.6m On Behalf Of Overseas Investor

Anton Page has acquired Challoner House, 19-21 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1 for £12.6 million on behalf of an overseas investor.

The five-storey office building comprises in excess of 19,000 sq ft and is let to Rooks Rider solicitors, with two years remaining on the lease.

Chris Antoniou of Anton Page commented: “This period building, which is let to Rooks Rider, is ripe for redevelopment and is located a short walk from Farringdon tube station. Our client saw immense potential for rental growth over the medium to long term, particularly taking into account its proximity to Farringdon station and Clerkenwell Green.
