TIAA Henderson, advised by Anton Page, has agreed a deal with German sanitary fittings manufacturer Hansgrohe for a new showroom at 12-16 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1.
Hansgrohe has signed a 10-year lease for the 2,785 sq ft ground and lower floors of this seven-storey property at a rent of £65 per sq ft for the ground floor.
Hansgrohe is the world’s largest supplier of shower heads and attachments and the new high profile showroom is one of their biggest in the UK.
