Salmon Harvester Properties (SHP) has sold its final industrial /warehouse unit at Ascot Business Park.
The 2,500 sq ft building has been acquired by Pinedale Limited for £620,000. SHP is now marketing a number of modern high-quality office buildings of various sizes available at the Park, for sale or to let.
Salmon Director, Pat Mahoney commented: “Following disposal of this last available industrial unit on the Park, we expect the buoyancy of the Thames Valley office market to produce strong acquisition interest in the remaining space from both occupiers and investors.”
The offices at Ascot Business Park are available together or individually to let or sell to occupiers or to purchase as income-producing investments. Accommodation areas range between 1,729 and 14,030 sq ft. Office buildings 7 and 8 can be combined to produce a single unit of 5,508 sq ft.
Both SHP and Pinedale Limited represented themselves. Campbell Gordon is retained to act for SHP with regard to the office disposals.
