LaSalle IM Secures Oxford Letting

LaSalle Investment Management, advised by Green & Partners, has let a 10,225 sq ft, four-storey property at 35 Queen Street, Oxford city centre to nutrition and whole foods chain Holland & Barrett.

A rent of £375,000 pa has been secured on a 10 year lease, subject to a rent review in year five. Holland & Barrett will be trading from ground & basement with ancillary accommodation on the remaining floors.
Holland & Barrett is Europe’s leading retailer of vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements and operates over 620 outlets across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
