Shoregate Properties Ltd, advised by City fringe specialists Paul Belchak & Co. and joint agents Pilcher Hershman, have let the office space at 67-71 Shoreditch High Street, London E1.
Media monitoring and intelligence agency Meltwater (UK) Ltd has signed a 5 year lease on 7,324 sq ft of self-contained offices, including ground floor reception, first and second floors and part lower ground (showers and cycle storage), at a rent of £421,130 pa equating to £57.50 per sq ft.
Meltwater is licensing out part of the space to The Trampery, the much-acclaimed workspace and events organisation for the creative and fashion industries.
67-71 Shoreditch High Street was refurbished by Shoregate Properties Ltd in 2012 and designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman. It provides media style self-contained offices targeting creative occupiers and is located next to the Tea Building, in front of the Boundary Hotel and just around the corner from Shoreditch House and Box Park.
