CÔTE RESTAURANTS SIGNS UP IN CANTERBURY

DTZ Investors, advised by Green & Partners, has agreed the surrender of a lease on two units at 1 & 2 Longmarket, Canterbury and simultaneously agreed new leases to Jack Wills and Côte Restaurants.

Jack Wills has signed a new 10 year lease on part of its existing store, which comprises 5,361 sq ft and DTZ Investors has converted the remaining 4,172 sq ft into A3 use for Côte Restaurants. Côte is paying £120,000 pa and Jack Wills £150,000 pa.
