Turnstone Estates has let 1,943 sq ft of office space at Langford Arch, Pampisford near Cambridge to National Business Crime Solutions.
The incoming tenant has agreed a new 5 year lease, paying a rent of £13 per sq ft.
Other occupiers within the building include Excell Business Systems, Sareum and Hyline Security.
Two suites totalling 1,950 sq ft remain. These are being refurbished and will be offered to let through agents Carter Jonas.
