BLACKROCK LETS WELLINGBOROUGH STORE TO TAPI

Blackrock, advised by ESH, has let a 9,130 sq ft retail warehouse on   Castlefields Retail Park, Wellingborough to carpet retailer Tapi.

The retailer, represented by Harvey Spack Field, has signed a new 10-year lease for the property.

Castlefields Retail Park is the leading out of town retail scheme in Wellingborough and other occupiers include M&S Simply Food, Dunelm, B&Q, Dreams and Pets at Home.
