BYRON HAMBURGERS OPENS NEW RESTAURANT IN CANTERBURY

DTZ Investors, advised by Green & Partners, has agreed a new 25 year lease with Byron Hamburgers in Canterbury, Kent.

Green & Partners agreed the surrender of an existing lease with Rohan Outdoors at 45Burgate and 12 Longmarket Court in the centre of Canterbury, and simultaneously agreed the new lease with Byron at £80,000 per annum.

Byron Hamburgers was represented by Colliers International.
