Aviva Investors, advised by Hanover Green and Martin Campbell, has fully let Regal House in Twickenham, south west London following the latest deal in the landmark office building.
Stoneblue has taken the remaining space on the 5thfloor and this follows the letting to St Mary’s University Twickenham on 7,500 sq ft at £27.50 per sq ft.
The company joins other occupiers in the building such as Haymarket Publishing, Worldstores and Regus.
Simon Walter of Aviva Investors said: “The letting success vindicates our decision to carry out a major refurbishment of the 130,000 sq ft building to provide high specification office space more attractive to modern occupiers.”
The refurbishment also included the installation of new windows, amenity space and an enhanced reception area.
Regal House is located on a prominent site on London Road next to Twickenham station, with direct links to central London and the Thames Valley.
