The Cornish Bakery to open 20 stores over the next two years

December 8, 2015

The Cornish Bakery, advised by GCW, is planning to open 20 new stores over the next two years.

The independent operator, which recently rebranded from Pasty Presto to reflect its broader food offer and regional heritage, currently has 33 outlets across the UK and several kiosks at Roadchef motorway service areas.

It is looking for 500 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft stores in coastal and affluent market towns, tourist destinations and factory outlet centres.

Gareth Storer, Director at GCW commented: “The Cornish Bakery has an improved look and feel, much broader product ranges and is outperforming other well-known fast food and catering operators in many locations.”
