The Cornish Bakery, advised by GCW, is planning to open 20 new stores over the next two years.
The independent operator, which recently rebranded from Pasty Presto to reflect its broader food offer and regional heritage, currently has 33 outlets across the UK and several kiosks at Roadchef motorway service areas.
It is looking for 500 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft stores in coastal and affluent market towns, tourist destinations and factory outlet centres.
