Westside gets the green light

January 21, 2016

Tristan Capital Partners has received planning consent to comprehensively refurbish and extend 100,000 sq ft of office space in two buildings at Westside, Apsley, Hemel Hempstead.

Alchemy Asset Management is asset managing the project and will now begin work on remodelling the accommodation to create high quality new offices, a new entrance and canopy, an on site café, showers and “garden space “ amenity area. Completion is due in Autumn this year.

Guy Bishop, Director at Alchemy, said: “Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management are very excited to be delivering top quality office product into the North West M25 market, where supply of large HQ space is limited. “

Letting agents on the scheme are Hanover Green and Brasier Freeth
