Richard Aitken MRICS has established Aitken Retail, an independent property consultancy specialising in the high street, shopping centre and retail warehouse sectors.
Aitken Retail is currently working on the sale of three high street investments, the acquisition of an off market retail park in the Midlands and the sale of a shopping centre in Greater London.
Richard said: “In almost 30 years of specialising in the retail sector I am fortunate to have extensive contacts in all elements of the sector including the retailers. I aim to provide realistic, un-conflicted property intelligence enabling sophisticated asset appraisal.”
