Orbit Developments (Southern) has secured the first letting at its 36,420 sq ft 1, Heathrow Boulevard office building at 284 Bath Road, West Drayton to Kuwait Airways Ltd.
The airline company has taken 8,416 sq ft on the ground floor east wing of the newly refurbished property and has signed a 10-year lease. The asking rent was £24.50 per sq ft.
Heathrow Boulevard is a successful five building office campus that lists Lufthansa, Swiss International Airlines and the British Airline Pilots Association as occupiers on the park.
1 Heathrow Boulevard offers high specification air-conditioned office accommodation over three floors of which 27,370 remains available to let. The building does not have an airport user restriction and has an excellent car parking ratio with 124 spaces.
