JUICY DEAL IN SHOREDITCH – SUPERNATURAL TAKES GROUND FLOOR OF HUB HOTEL

Paul Belchak & Co, on behalf of developer Endurance Land Ltd, has let the ground floor retail unit at 86 Brick Lane, Spitalfields to juice and smoothie bar operator Supernatural.

The 160 sq ft retail unit sits on the ground floor of a new hub Hotel by Premier Inn.  hub was launched as an urban, affordable hotel concept and Premier Inn has also opened hubs in Covent Garden and Tower Bridge. The rent is £21,000 a year on a new 10-year lease.

Supernatural started life at Maltby Street Market and is now one of London’s leading juicing companies with a flagship store at Canary Wharf.
