THE REAL DEAL – FRESH HOMEMADE PASTA COMES TO SHOREDITCH

Savure La Pasta è di Casa, an exciting new Italian pasta restaurant from Turin is opening its first store in the UK.

Savure, advised by Paul Belchak & Co, has taken 1,500 sq ft at 18 Paul Street in Shoreditch, east London.

The fast casual dining operator, which produces fresh, homemade pasta and sauces for eating in or take away, has signed a 15-year lease at £80,000 a year. It will occupy the ground floor of a new development incorporating student accommodation, urban garden, common areas and fitness facilities. The company offers a wide range of pasta, appetisers, Mediterranean salads, Italian desserts, wines and espresso and will open this month.

Oli Cohen at Paul Belchak & Co commented: “Shoreditch has a vast array of fantastic, fast casual restaurants but nothing quite like Savure. This is fresh pasta as it is served in Italy. The location is ideal as a first venture for the brand, which targets local residents, students, office workers and shoppers for dining in or take home, plus office meetings and parties. It is grab and go really fresh food at its best.”
