A private investor client of Green & Partners has let the prime shop at 84, Broad Street, Reading to Footasylum.
The fashion and footwear retailer has taken the 3,790 sq ft three-storey property on a new 10-year lease with a tenant break option after five years and will pay a rent of £155,000 a year.
