NEW OCCUPIERS SIGN UP FOR ARMY & NAVY SITE IN CHELMSFORD

Turnstone Estates’ Army & Navy mixed use development at Parkway in Chelmsford is almost fully let following deals to three operators.

Catering supplier Nisbets has signed a 10 year lease, with 5 year break, on 5,256 sq ft at £85,000 pa. While CB Venture, trading as Chosen Bun, has signed a 25 year lease, with 15 year break on 1,840sq ft, at £36,000 a year.

Wedding dress retailer Wed2B Ltd has also taken a 4,256 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease, at £85,000 pa. These latest deals leave only one unit of 1,403 sq ft remaining.

Army & Navy is a prominent roadside retail and leisure development at the edge of Chelmsford and comprises an 81 bed Travelodge hotel, 25,682 sq ft of retail and leisure space, plus 12 residential units. Other tenants include Chiquito, Frankie & Benny’s and Evans Cycles.
