Hanover Green Hat Trick for Rockspring in Leatherhead

Rockspring Property Invest Managers LLP (“Rockspring”), advised by Hanover Green and Hurst Warne, has secured three lettings at Mole Business Park, Leatherhead, Surrey.

Cara Technology Ltd has taken 6,176 sq ft of warehouse space on the lower ground floor at the Bluebird House building on a 10-year lease at £14 per sq ft.

ES Pipelines Ltd has taken 9,307 sq ft of offices on the first floor of the same building at £25 per sq ft, also on a 10-year lease.

Bluebird House, named after the famous cars and boats used by Donald Campbell in breaking land and water speed records, is a 25,060 sq ft three storey office where the ground floor remains available to let.

In the adjacent Leatherhead House, Iress has taken the final 6,436 sq ft at £28.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease The 45,000 sq ft building is now fully occupied.
