Jansons Property has secured planning consent for a major residential development including 20 new build private houses, while retaining Terriers House and Lodge.
Terriers House is an imposing Grade II Listed building dating from the late 17th Century and is arranged over three storeys. Terriers Lodge is a Grade II Listed detached chalet-style residence also dating from the 17th Century and has its own walled garden. It is located out of town in a pleasant semi-rural setting and has most recently been used as an office complex.
Jansons had originally agreed a short-term sale and lease back agreement with MWH, the owner/occupier for an 18-month lease. MWH has now relocated to a newer office
in London Road , Loudwater, High Wycombe.
