SALMON HARVESTER COMPLETES BARTLEY POINT LETTINGS

Salmon Harvester and fund Mayfair Capital, on behalf of the Property Income Trust for Charities, have let the final building at Bartley Point, the 120,000 sq ft warehouse and industrial development in Osborn Way, Hook, Hampshire to medical research company Yaqrit.
Yaqrit has taken the 8,000 sq ft Unit 6 on a new 5-year lease.
Other occupiers on the scheme include DFS, Monks & Crane, SP International and Cosentino. Rents achieved on the estate now exceed £9 psf.
Doug Stewart, chief executive of Salmon Harvester said: “We are delighted to have completed the letting of Bartley Point which is now established as a leading business hub in the area.”
